Giga Stock Option Plan
The Giga Stock Option Plan was approved at the shareholders AGM held on December 13, 2022 and by the TSXV. The Company renewed it’s Rolling Stock Option Plan whereby a maximum of 10% of the issued shares will be issuable under the Plan. At the time of shareholders’ approval, a total of 9,790,413 shares are eligible to be issued under the Plan.
